The Landscape

The Kinlochdamph Estate lies within an area of outstanding beauty with majestic rugged peaks, rocky mountain passes and extraordinary and ancient rock formations, formed during the Ice Age. The ground rises steadily from 250 ft above sea level to 2,300 ft at its highest point at Sgurr a Gharaidh, providing exciting ground over which to stalk the many red deer that roam the estate.

The surrounding area has some of the most spectacular scenery in Scotland. Ideal for the avid photographer and artists. We can also arrange for our knowledgeable guide to take you across the estate in search of wildlife and views.

We would recommend that anyone planning a fishing or walking trip without a guide in Scotland should equip themselves with a compass and the local Ordnance Survey map. OS reference 1:25000 Explorer Series no. 428 and 429 or 1:50000 Land Range No. 24 & 25 recommended.
